The alleged getaway driver in a drive-by shooting that left two Orleans County residents seriously injured has turned herself in at the state police barracks in Williston. Jessica Robishaw, 34, pleaded not guilty in Orleans Superior Court on Friday to a felony charge of accessory after the fact in connection with the drug-related shooting in the town of Holland on New Year’s Day. Judge Lisa A. Warren set bail at $25,000 and conditions of release that require Robishaw to only be released into the custody of a court-appointed custodian. Robishaw faces a possible sentence of up to seven years in prison and a $1,000 fine if convicted.
